We believe that you will always be satisfied with your AS|ONE purchase, however we understand that things do not always fit the way you expected. Therefore we will gladly accept your exchange under the following guidelines. Please email us within 10 days of your original purchase describing the reason for your exchange request. Complete the included exchange form (be sure to indicate the item you wish to receive as an exchange), pack your item and ship it back to us at your cost. Merchandise for exchange must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. Upon receiving your item we will process your request and ship out your requested exchange item at our cost.
Returns will be accepted under the following circumstances.
1. We are unable to process your exchange.
2. The item is defective or damaged. (You must email us within 3 days of receipt.)
3. We made an error and shipped an item other than requested in your original order.
All return requests are subject to our approval, upon approval and receipt of your defective item you will be issued a full refund on purchase price and shipping cost. Shirt must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
In all cases returns and exchanges must be processed within 21 days of your original purchase.
We highly recommend insurance on any return or exchange item as we can not be held responsible for lost items.
